RoadTripDesk is a trip-planning service designed to help users organize routes, travel days, stops, notes, overnights and shared travel plans. RoadTripDesk is not a navigation, emergency, safety or professional travel-advice service.
1. Your account and trips
You are responsible for the information you add to RoadTripDesk and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may use RoadTripDesk only for lawful purposes and may not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorized access to the service.
2. Routes and travel information
Routes, distances, travel times, addresses, hotel information and other planning data can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Road conditions, opening hours, borders, ferries, weather and local rules can change. Always verify important travel information and use an appropriate navigation service while driving.
3. Shared trips
If you share a trip, invited users may be able to view or edit information depending on the permission you grant. You are responsible for choosing who receives access and for information you choose to share.
4. Beta and service changes
RoadTripDesk may release new or experimental features, change limits or update functionality. During beta, features can contain errors or change without notice. We work to protect customer data, but users should retain copies of information that is critical to their travel.
5. Paid plans
Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing period and included features are shown before purchase. Additional billing, cancellation and refund terms may be presented during checkout.
6. Third-party services and links
RoadTripDesk can use third-party mapping, routing, accommodation, email or other providers. External links and affiliate links may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Liability
RoadTripDesk is a planning aid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoadTripDesk is not responsible for losses caused by relying on inaccurate route, schedule, accommodation or other third-party information, or for changes that occur during travel.
