When a stop has a planned duration, the schedule accounts for the time you expect to spend there. That makes it easier to see whether the day still feels realistic after adding the places you actually want to visit.
Use local arrival and departure times
Arrival and departure times are shown in the local time zone for the stop. If a long trip crosses a time-zone boundary, RoadTripDesk can show the change as part of the itinerary while preserving the real elapsed driving time.

Stay several nights without losing the calendar
Mark a planned overnight and choose the number of nights. A longer stay can occupy several calendar days before the route continues. This makes rest days, city stays and destination visits much clearer than representing them as a very long stop duration.

Add notes to stops so practical details stay near the itinerary: a reservation reminder, parking idea, opening-time note or simply why the stop matters. RoadTripDesk is designed to reduce the number of separate documents required to understand the trip.

When planning is finished, the roadbook provides a travel-oriented view of the itinerary with the sequence of days, stops, timing and overnight information. It is useful as a reference even if you use a separate navigation app for turn-by-turn directions while driving.
