- Trip content such as routes, stops, notes, dates, shared-trip permissions and related planning data.
- Technical information needed for security, error logging, service operation and abuse prevention.
- Support messages you send through this website or the RoadTripDesk application.
- Your email address if you voluntarily join the RoadTripDesk waitlist or newsletter.
Why we use the information
We use information to provide and secure RoadTripDesk, save and synchronize trips, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, improve the product and send launch/news updates only where you have asked to receive them.
Service providers
RoadTripDesk uses hosting and technical providers to operate the service. As the product moves toward commercial launch, this page will be updated with the relevant categories and providers.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, security and support. Account deletion and data-deletion processes are provided in the RoadTripDesk application and may also be requested through support.
